• Do visitors need a ConvertNest account?

  No. They only enter an email (and pay if it’s a purchase). Accounts are for you, the merchant.

• Can I offer a free ebook and a paid upgrade?

  Yes. Choose the free + premium funnel. Capture the lead, deliver the freebie, then present the upsell. Point the buy button at your own checkout URL.

• How do buyers pay me today?

  Link any buy button to your own checkout URL (Stripe Payment Link, PayPal, Gumroad, etc.). Native payment connectors inside ConvertNest are coming soon.

• What’s included in the Free plan?

  1 domain, 1,000 unique visitors per month, 500 email sends per month, 1,000 AI credits per month, 2 products, and 2 popups. Create an account and start building — there is no time limit on these allowances.

• What if I hit visitor, email, or AI limits?

  Popups pause when unique visitors are used up for the month. Email sends and AI generation stop when that month’s included allowance is gone. Usage resets at the start of the next calendar month.

• Who owns the emails I collect?

  You do. Leads live in your workspace for delivery and analytics.

• Is the embed hard to install?

  One script tag per popup. Add the site under Sites first, then paste the snippet before the closing body tag. The site stays Pending until the script loads on that hostname.

• Can I use my branding?

  Logo, primary color, secondary color — applied to popups, thank-you pages, and emails.
