The Free plan includes 1 domain, 1,000 unique visitors per month, 500 email sends per month, 1,000 AI credits per month, 2 products, and 2 popups. Create an account and start building. Usage resets each calendar month.
Usage meters
The Billing page shows unique visitors, email sends, AI credits, sites, products, and popups used versus allowed. Soft warnings appear as you approach caps. Ask ConvertNest product questions do not use AI credits.
Questions customers ask
What happens when I hit a monthly cap?
Popups pause for unique visitors until next month. Email sends and AI generation use that month’s included allowance. When the allowance is gone, wait until the next calendar month.
Does the Free plan expire?
No. The Free plan stays active. Monthly unique visitors, email sends, and AI credits reset at the start of each calendar month.
Does Ask ConvertNest use AI credits?
No. Asking product questions in Ask ConvertNest is free. AI credits apply to generation (popups, emails, covers, ebook drafts), not Help Center answers.
How do I add another website?
The Free plan includes 1 domain. Add the hostname under Sites first — status stays Pending until the popup script loads on that domain.
Does ConvertNest charge my customers?
No. Customer checkout money goes to your Stripe Connect or PayPal account. ConvertNest does not take a cut of those sales.
What counts as an impression or lead?
An impression is a popup show to a visitor. A lead is a unique email capture from a popup in the billing period.
