Why is publish blocked without an email template?
Without a delivery email, leads would submit with no way to receive the file. Link a template in Funnel settings, or generate one with AI when creating a popup.
Who sends the email?
ConvertNest sends via its email provider using your template design. From-name and branding should match your workspace identity.
Can AI create the email for me?
Yes. Generate popup with AI also creates a delivery email and attaches it to the draft popup so you can publish faster.
