Fix the most common launch and delivery issues.

Work through this list before contacting support:
- Popup status is Live (not Draft/Paused/Archived)
- Embed snippet is for the correct popup public key
- Site hostname matches the page URL and is Active
- Funnel has required products and an email template
- Browser console shows no blocked script / CSP errors
- Try an incognito window to bypass extensions
Questions customers ask
Popup flashes then disappears
Check frequency rules (once per session), device targeting, and whether a teaser vs main screen is configured unexpectedly.
Form submits but no email arrives
Confirm the popup’s delivery template, spam folder, and that the product/download link is valid. Resend tests from a published funnel after linking email.
Checkout button does nothing
Connect Stripe or PayPal under Integrations, assign a paid product, and ensure the funnel mode is free + premium or direct purchase.
AI generate failed
Keep the dialog open and retry. Check offer text length, site selection, and that free/paid products are distinct for free + premium. Without a server OpenAI key, a stub template still applies.
Dark mode looks wrong on marketing pages
Toggle theme from the header or sidebar. App chrome uses a softer charcoal dark theme; marketing pages use the public site palette.
