Leads are email captures from live popups. Filter by popup, site, or status. Use View leads from a popup row to jump straight into that funnel’s opt-ins.
Orders
Orders appear when visitors complete paid checkout through your funnel. Amounts and gateway (Stripe or PayPal) are listed for reconciliation.
Questions customers ask
Why don’t I see leads yet?
The popup must be Live with a working embed, and visitors must submit the form. Check Triggers, site assignment, and that form fields include a required email.
Where do payouts go?
Customer payments go to your connected Stripe Connect or PayPal account. ConvertNest never holds merchant funds.
Can I export leads?
Use the Leads page to review and filter captures. Export options expand with your plan — start by filtering to the popup you care about.
What does lead status mean?
New leads are recent opt-ins. Customer status indicates they later purchased. Use filters to separate list growth from buyers.
